Computer Systems Analyst (Senior) (ILAB)

Aerient LLC. is looking for a Computer Systems Analyst (Senior) to add to our dynamic team of IT professionals. The successful candidate will coordinates with appropriate levels to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction. Makes recommendations, if needed, for approval of major systems installations. Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives. When required, provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. This will be focused on systems storage.

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5-12 years experience in the IT field, or equivalent post-high school studies depending on degree level
• Experience writing functional requirements and preparing functional designs
• Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills
• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle
• Significant experience in requirements development and traceability through the SELC of a system – from requirements definition to design to development and testing and post production validation

Education:

• Master's Degree with at least 6 years experience or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years experience in Computer Science or related discipline, preferred.

Security Clearance

• Holding active or previous experience and baged with the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with Background Investigation (BI) is a plus.

Work Location:

• CBP Data Center, Newington, VA near Ft. Belvoir, VA
