Each of Aerient’s member organizations offers a competitive benefits package designed to reward and retain our most valuable assets, our employees. From career advancement to health insurance to retirement benefits, we strive to maintain an employee-friendly work environment that encourages you to maximize your potential. Employment benefits available from all Aerient members include:

  • Education and Career Advancement: In addition to on-the-job training, up to $5,000 is available to each employee annually for career-related education and certifications.
  • Health Insurance: Employees and their family members are eligible for health, dental, and vision coverage from premier providers with substantial employer contributions. Flexible spending accounts are also available for tax savings on medical expenses.
  • Life and Disability Insurance: Life, disability, and AD&D insurance are offered at no cost to employees and dependents may be eligible to participate in group life insurance programs.
  • Retirement: All Aerient JV members offer a 401(k) savings plan. Employees receive a matching contribution up to 50% of the first 6% of their deferral amount.
  • Personal Time: Full-time employees receive paid holidays as well as a generous allotment of paid personal time that increases with duration of employment.
