Who is Aerient

Aerient, LLC, derived from combining the words “Aerie” (an eagle’s nest) and “Enterprise” (an undertaking of significant scope) was formed specifically for the DHS EAGLE Program. Aerient is a joint venture comprised of three small businesses: Avineon, Inc.; Homeland IT Infrastructure Services LLC; and IntelliDyne, LLC.   

By combining the resources of three successful federal government contractors, we have created a small business JV with breadth, depth, and demonstrated experience to support the DHS mission.

Aerient is a collective enterprise with combined 2008 revenues of over $125M, CMMI Maturity Level 3 compliant processes, and a combined 45 years of successful performance delivering approximately $1.5B on IDIQ contracts for the Federal Government.

Aerient’s strength is in our demonstrated ability to execute timely, innovative, cost effective IT solutions for DHS utilizing business processes that are scalable and consistent, therefore minimizing risk. As a small business, we have the flexibility to adapt to emergent requirements as they arise.

Avineon, Inc:SEI CMMI Maturity Level 3, ISO 9001:2000; IT maintenance, operations, security, and infrastructure, IDIQ experience (e.g. GSA 8(a) STARS, IRS TIPSS-3, Navy SeaPort-e, NIH Image World 2).

Homeland IT Infrastructure Services, LLC:Full service IT and telecommunications services including help desk, field support, and life cycle IT and telecommunications O&M; full capability to deliver, including our own fiber network, network operations center and DCAA-approved financial systems; leverages leading edge DWDM, VSAT, and IP technology to provide dedicated, secure and robust networks that will transport current and future applications and protocols.

IntelliDyne, LLC:SEI CMMI Capability Level 3; supports 2,300+users and over 9 million active duty beneficiaries for OASD/HA/TRICARE Management Agency; provides IT operations and maintenance for Joint Medical Information Systems (PEO/JMIS) Advanced Technology Integration Center (ATIC); and IDIQ experience on DOJ’s Information Technology Support Services III (ITSS III) contract.
