• Enterprise Messaging Operations Support
  • Level 1, 2, and 3 support of infrastructure and application on a 24x7 basis
  • Technology expertise: MS Exchange, Blackberry, and Enterprise Servers
• Mainframe Operations and Technical Support
  • Operate and support high transaction application on IBM platform
  • Technology expertise: zOS and zLinux images
• Mainframe Operations and Tech Support CICS
  • Support over 250 CICS regions

• Installation Services
  • Install and de-install equipment and cables in data center/ test labs
• Enterprise Backups and Recovery
  • Back up and restore systems with minimal impact to production
  • Technology expertise: NetBackup, MS, Linux, VTL, Veritas
• IT Continuity Management Support Services
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of IT restoration plans, business process analysis, risk, and disaster recovery
• Mission Resumption Support
  • Engineering and operations support to test business system recovery plans in conjunction with technology, application, and security teams
• Continuity of Operations Planning Liaison
  • Provides COOP documentation and emergency management support
• Enterprise Operations Testing and Evaluation Support
  • Responsible for the development of current and future technology, testing, and implementation recommendations at CBP
• Ace Transition and Operations
  • Provide deployment, maintenance, and optimization of current physical and logical ACE environments (IBM, Dell, Datapower, Cisco, Hitachi)
  • Provide planning, coordination, and execution of COTS software upgrades (SAP, Tivoli, WebSpere, AIX, Veritas, McAfee, Dimensions)
  • Expertise in preparing detailed design and O&M documentation
