Aerient was formed specifically for the DHS EAGLE Program and is comprised of three small businesses: Avineon, Inc.; BlueWater Technology Solutions; and IntelliDyne, LLC. By combining the resources of three successful federal government contractors, we have created a small business with breadth, depth, and demonstrated experience to support the DHS mission.

May 6, 2011 - Aerient awarded EAGLE Task Order to provide Tier II help desk support, software maintenance and training for ICE OCIO.
April 1, 2011 - Aerient awarded EAGLE Task Order to provide software lifecycle support, hard-ware lifecycle support, software tool and utility development, web maintenance, and help desk for S&T's BOSS contract.
March 11, 2011 - Aerient Awarded EAGLE Task Order to provide 24/7 support to operate and maintain the IT infrastructure, desktop equipment and watch floor display system for the NCCIC.

January 12, 2011 – Aerient participates in the 4th Annual DHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) EAGLE Vendor Outreach Session which allows small business vendors to meet with all of the EAGLE Prime Contractors for purposes of introducing their companies for potential subcontracting or teaming opportunities.

September 28, 2010 – Aerient awarded an EAGLE Task Order to provide IT Help Desk Support Services for USVISIT.
September 20, 2010 – Aerient awarded an EAGLE Task Order to provide application development and maintenance support the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) Joint Analysis Center Collaborative Information System.
August 27, 2010 – Aerient awarded an EAGLE Task Order to provide application development and maintenance for the USCG Sentinel program.
June 14, 2010 – Aerient sponsors the 6th Annual Special Olympics in Northern Virginia and the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) Golf Tournament. Special Olympics in Northern Virginia is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons with intellectual disabilities through sport. DSANV is also a non-profit, charitable and educational organization created to ensure that all individuals with Down Syndrome and their families receive the support necessary to participate in, contribute to, and achieve fulfillment of their lives in their community.
