Aerient, LLC provides the full range of Functional Category 2 operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability. These include data center, help desk and field support services (e.g., desk-side support and LAN administration), network and security operations, and collaboration services (e.g., e-mail, voice, and video services). Our services range from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed-service solutions.

Aerient was formed specifically for the DHS EAGLE Program and is comprised of three small businesses: Avineon, Inc. (Managing Partner) ; Homeland IT Infrastructure Services, LLC; and IntelliDyne, LLC. By combining the resources of three successful federal government contractors, we have created a small business with breadth, depth, and demonstrated experience to support the DHS mission.

• Avineon, Inc.: SEI CMMI Maturity Level 3; ISO 9001:2000; IT development, maintenance, operations, security, and infrastructure support; IDIQ prime contract management experience (e.g., GSA 8(a) STARS, IRS TIPSS-3, Navy SeaPort-e, NIH Image World 2).

• Homeland IT Infrastructure Services, LLC: Full-service IT and telecommunications services including help desk, field support, and life cycle IT and telecommunications O&M; full capability to deliver, including our own fiber network, network operations center, and DCAA-approved financial systems; leverages leading edge DWDM, VSAT, and IP technology to provide dedicated, secure and robust networks that will transport current and future applications and protocols.

• IntelliDyne, LLC: SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2; supports 2,300+ users for OASD/HA/TRICARE Management Agency; provides IT operations and maintenance for Joint Medical Information Systems (PEO/JMIS) Advanced Technology Integration Center (ATIC); and IDIQ experience on DOJ’s Information Technology Support Services III (ITSS III) contract.
